Jack and Tris seek out cool technology at the mining investment conference
This morning Jack and I wandered over to the convention centre to see what cool new technology we could find that the mining investment conference. Yeah we were a little concerned too. I mean what are we going to find? Giant drills? A new way to dig a hole in the ground?
As you can see in this pun-filled introduction we might have been bright-eyed and bushy tailed, but maybe a wee concerned.
As it turns out we had nothing to fear because we connected up with a company based in Maple Ridge that is making an electric-powered sports car and a Vancouver-based geothermal energy company about to launch a power plant in Nevada.
